Section 4.1 Management Responsibility
Responsibility:
The Quality Assurance Manager has the authority to enforce strict conformance to the program
and to stop any process found to be in nonconformance. He will communicate with Ide Machine
Company employees, vendors, and customers until a problem is satisfactorily resolved.
It is the Quality Assurance Manager's responsibility to review and revise the program as necessary
and to initiate changes to improve the program.
