Section 4.14 Corrective and Preventive Action

Objective:

Delineate system to be used for processing corrective action.

Responsibility:

Quality Assurance Manager

1.Overall responsibility for identifying and correcting nonconformances. 2.Evaluate and report significant nonconformances and corrective actions to appropriate levels of management.

Production:

The Production Manager will be responsible for promptly initiating and resolving corrective action to preclude reoccurrence of nonconformance.
