Section 4.16 Control of Quality Records

Objective:

To have on file all pertinent documentation necessary that pertains to a specified purchase order for a specific customer.

Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Department to have accessible to all Ide Machine Company's customers their records of all parts manufactured within a period of 12 months of the shipping date of that part or parts. An extension of this time period may be arranged by a written customer request directed to the Quality Assurance Manager. Records will be made available for a scheduled appointment.
