Section 4.2 Quality System

This program consists of the quality systems as delineated by the quality assurance manual.

Manual:

Uncontrolled copies

Uncontrolled copies of this manual may be issued to persons approved by the Quality Assurance Manager. They will not be maintained and will be so marked.

Controlled copies

Controlled copies of this manual will be issued upon written request directed to the Quality Assurance Manager at Ide Machine. A record will be kept of all controlled copies issued and each bearer of a controlled copy will be notified in writing when a revision has been made. Upon receipt of a written request as above, a revised copy of this manual will be issued. Any copy of this manual that is not the latest revision will be considered an uncontrolled copy.
