Objective:

Vendor evaluation and selection process.

Description:

Vendor selection will be determined by the vendor's technical and quality capabilities in the following manner:

1. Facility survey. 2. Evaluation of quality records. 3. Product history.

Bid evaluation and vendor performance are the responsibilities of management.

When necessary, purchase orders will specify provision of certificates and or test reports indicating compliance with specifications.
